could you have the first signs of Pregnancy after a few days?

when i have researched, it has said the first signs would be after the first week or so ?

I suppose. It could happen if you were very in-tune with your body, very sensitive to tiny hormone changes, and you put all of that together with having sex.
It’s more probable that with all these events that you could feel pretty positive that you were Pregnant, but still unsure.
Every pregnancy with the same woman can be very different from the last.
So what may have been a sign of the last pregnancy could just be an anxiety symptom from wondering you are pregnant.
Anything is possible, but this is highly improbable.
